We are extremely pleased to announce that ROTH has been granted tax-exempt status as a registered charity under paragraph 149(1)(f) of the Income Tax Act.  This means we can now issue official donation receipts for donations that meet the requirements of the Income Tax Act Regulations.   Our Charity Business Number is 86001 0990 RR0001 and will be displayed on all official donation receipts. 

We will automatically issue receipts for donations of $20.00 CDN or more, provided we have a mailing address for the individual making the donation.  Please clearly specify if you would like a receipt for all donations totalling less than $20.00 CDN. 

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has kindly granted us retroactive charitable status.  ROTH is therefore a registered charity effective February 1, 2008.  This means that all qualified donations received in 2008 and future years will receive an official donation receipt.  According to our effective registration date no donations received prior to January 1, 2008 will be eligible for an official donation receipt.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
