We had a very successful week of construction, completing the foundation. Volunteers were kept busy digging out the 10 foot septic tank by hand!

We have a great team of laborers as well as “fundis” (kiswahili for tradesmen). Our “fundis” this week were masons that built the sub-structure. All in all it was a very successful week with lots of digging, masonry and hard work!
